i am finally starting to wake up earlier

starting right before this year i have had a very bad sleeping problem. at first i was just staying up to 11 or 12. nothing special. i still woke up around the time i normally did. then it continued

after a few months i thought i hit a wall when staying up until 6 am. until a few weeks ago when i stayed up until 7. and then it got worse in the coming weeks when i stayed up until 9. by this point i was now waking up at 4-5 pm with the occasional day where i woke up at 3:50 and i had tried sleeping earlier many times but to no avail

until 2 days ago. i went to sleep at 7:30 as opposed to 9 and i was finally rewarded for my efforts by waking up at 2:30 pm instead of 4:30. hopefully right before the start of next year my schedule will be back to normal
